Runs in your own cloud · nothing leaves
For the ones everything waits on.

Your AI Chief of Staff.

It reads your email, calendar, meetings, and chat, surfaces what needs your judgment, and handles everything else — so you act with conviction.

Works with the tools you already use
01 · The problem

Every team runs through one person. That person is the ceiling.

Add headcount and the work still lands on the same desk. The highest-paid, highest-context person becomes the stage the whole org queues behind — and the return on every new hire flattens against them.

So their most expensive hours go to the wrong thing: reacting, unblocking, chasing status — instead of the handful of calls only they can make.

YOUR TEAM 47 waiting on you you
Six people, one desk. The team moves only as fast as the desk everything routes through — Amdahl's Law.
02 · One feed

One feed.

Everything across your email, calendar, meetings, and chat — read, ranked, and prepared for your review.

Surfaces what needs you

Only what needs you gets through.

ekai reads everything, ranks it by what actually needs your judgment, and hides the rest. Your feed is the short list, in priority order — and it ends the moment you're caught up.

02 / 05
Morning briefing

Your day, narrated.

Overnight fires, the loops you left open, and the meetings ahead — narrated before you start. You walk in already knowing.

03 / 05
Cross-tool drafting

Stop being a human clipboard.

It pulls the status from Slack, adds your context, and drafts the reply for your client — without you opening Slack, Jira, or email.

04 / 05
Meeting notes

In every meeting, taking notes.

It joins your Zoom, Meet, and Teams calls and takes notes tuned to you — then folds them into everything it already knows.

05 / 05
Delegation

Hand it off in a sentence.

Type what you need. ekai delivers it in seconds — a one-off now, or a standing job it keeps running for you.

03 · How it works

You stop being the bottleneck.

ekai runs the first three. You make the fourth.

One call. ekai handles the rest — and learns what you chose.

04 · The ekai loop

Each pass leaves it sharper.

It reads, filters, prepares, and hands you the decision — then remembers what you decided, and why. Nothing resets. Every loop starts from everything the last one learned.

your record compounds reads filters prepares you decide remembers
05 · Over time

It knows your world better than anyone you could hire.

A human chief of staff spends months learning how your world works — then takes all of it with them when they leave. ekai's memory only accumulates: every decision, every rationale, every outcome, kept inside your perimeter.

So the value curve only bends one way. The longer it runs, the more it knows.

TIME → KNOWS YOUR WORLD → a human hire — ramps, then leaves ekai — compounds
Every decision you make teaches it — so the longer it runs, the wider the gap.

06 · Your perimeter

It runs inside your cloud. Your data never commutes.

Every rival is a tenant on someone else's servers. ekai is a resident in yours.

  • Self-hosted by design — deploy in your own AWS, GCP, or Azure account. Your account, your bill, your control.
  • Your model — Claude via Bedrock, OpenAI, or bring your own, including open-weight on your own hardware.
  • Nothing leaves the perimeter — no vendor sees it, no third party stores it, and it is never used to train a model. Not even us.

07 · Testimonials

In their words.

I used to spend the first hour of every day working out what actually mattered. Now it is waiting for me, ranked, with the context attached — I start already ahead.
— A founder & CEO
It pulled the status out of Jira, added my context, and had the client reply drafted before I would have finished opening the tab. I genuinely stopped being a human clipboard.
— A chief operating officer
We can't put our deal flow and our people on someone else's servers. ekai runs inside our own cloud — that is the only reason it was ever on the table.
— A founder in a regulated industry

09 · FAQ

Before you start.

What happens when I start?

ekai joins your next meeting, takes the notes, and sends you your first brief. That's it — one meeting, one time. No password, no credit card, and no standing access to your calendar or accounts.

Does my data leave my environment?

It depends how you run it. The trial is episodic: ekai reads a single meeting to build your first brief, and nothing is kept afterward. The deployed product runs entirely inside your own cloud on AWS, GCP, or Azure — your data, your model, your keys — and nothing leaves your perimeter, not even to us.

Is my data used to train AI?

Never. What ekai reads is never sold, never shared, and never used to train a model — ours or anyone else's.

What Google data does ekai access?

Only what you connect and consent to — your Gmail and Google Calendar — so ekai can read what reaches you, surface what needs your judgment, prepare your briefing, and take your meeting notes. Its use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: it is never used to train generalized AI models, never sold, and never shared with third parties for those purposes. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account.

What's included in each plan?

Basic surfaces and ranks only what needs you. Premium adds the full chief of staff — the briefing, cross-tool drafting, meeting notes, and delegated work. Enterprise is self-hosted in your own cloud, priced as a share of your compute. The hosted trial is free on Basic and Premium.

Which meeting tools and clouds are supported?

ekai joins Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, and reads across your email, calendar, and chat. Deploy in your own AWS, GCP, or Azure account, running Claude via Bedrock, OpenAI, or your own model. One note: some companies' Teams policies block meeting bots, so if you're on Teams it's worth a quick check with your IT admin.

Data & Google access

What ekai accesses, and why.

When you connect your Google account, ekai accesses your Gmail and Google Calendar — only with your explicit consent — to read what reaches you, surface the decisions that need your judgment, prepare your daily briefing, and take notes in your meetings. You can review or revoke that access at any time from your Google Account settings.

ekai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google Workspace data is never used to train generalized AI models, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties for those purposes. Any use for personalized models happens only with your explicit consent.
